Vivienne works at grandega as a business psychologist (M.Sc.) with varied experience in (IT) project management, change management, strategic communication as well as transformation, strategy and technology consulting.
Through her stations in finance, the consumer goods industry and various consulting firms, she has learned to get up to speed on new subject areas quickly and to tackle complex challenges in a structured way.
With passion and a people-oriented approach, Vivienne actively shapes transformation processes. Her focus areas are strategic communication, project management and the design of change initiatives and workshops. She knows how to enable teams and optimize processes for the long term. She brings her strong communication skills, empathy and adaptability to projects and, with her openness and high sense of responsibility, contributes significantly to her clients' success.
