Luis Bärwalde is a senior consultant focusing on PMO as well as process, requirements, demand and portfolio management. He helps organizations set up governance structures effectively, harmonize workflows and transfer change into the line in a structured way. His experience includes introducing and optimizing tool-supported demand and PPM processes, including workshop design, training and roll-out support. He was also responsible for building structured knowledge transfers to sustainably enable internal teams. Luis Bärwalde combines methodological strength (including IPMA, PRINCE2, ITIL) with a structured, facilitation-strong and delivery-oriented way of working – especially at the interfaces between the business side, IT and management.
