Silvia is a senior recruiter at grandega and brings over 25 years of experience in IT recruiting and IT.
- 1986 – 1999: Started her career in various positions and responsibilities, including team leadership, executive assistant and PMO for companies in Germany, England and the USA.
- 2000 – 2005: Moved into IT as a systems operations coordinator, responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of processes. In charge of system monitoring in live operations, problem analysis and troubleshooting as well as external service providers.
- 2006 – today: Senior IT recruiter / senior talent acquisition partner / key account manager: responsible for staffing projects with freelancers, permanent hires and temporary staff. Training and mentoring apprentices. Supporting and advising existing clients.
