Marvin Equit
My passion lies in software development and its implementation. I find the interface between development teams and management especially fascinating – making sure both sides work together effectively. This area offers constant challenges and learning opportunities that continuously motivate and inspire me.
The team. At grandega we communicate on equal footing and help each other out. That way you can work in a harmonious atmosphere every day, or wind down the evening together after work.

My background
We bridge the gap between high-level consulting and operative reality. By combining deep digitalization expertise with implementation know-how.
Marvin studied business informatics in Mannheim, where he also completed his master's. During his studies, he gathered valuable hands-on experience in various software and change-management projects.
In those projects, Marvin stood out in particular for his commitment, his solution-oriented mindset and his proactive communication. With his understanding of both business processes and IT, he communicates effectively in both areas. His open and communicative manner encourages constructive dialogue, which contributes to a productive atmosphere in the team.
