I'm passionate about actively shaping change processes and creating real value together with clients. I find it especially fascinating to bring the perspective of systemic coaching into change management, to gain clarity and strengthen the ability to act – because lasting change begins with a genuine understanding of people and the connections between them.
For me, it's especially valuable to be part of a diverse team where we support each other and learn from one another. At the same time, I really appreciate having the freedom to work on topics that matter to me.

My background
Leana began her academic career in economics in 2014. After a bachelor's in Management and Sales – Industry, she added a master's in business management. Since 2019 she has worked in management consulting, operating primarily in agile/digital transformation, both internally and on client projects. The focus of her work is organizational development with an emphasis on OCM and OKR. Among other things, she led the introduction of OKR at grandega and was then co-responsible as an OKR coach for its implementation and further development.
Thanks to her structured way of working, her strong organizational skills and her pragmatic mindset, she consistently delivers reliable results. With her high level of empathy, she also puts herself in different people's shoes and thereby contributes, among other things, to a positive atmosphere in the team.
She guides change with clarity, calm and a steady eye on the shared goal.
For me, change means creating real value together with clients. I combine structured change management with systemic coaching to make connections visible, gain clarity and get people into action. It's also important to me to make change tangible and effective through planning, structure, clear goals and measurability.
