I completed my degree in business informatics in 1995 at the University of Münster – complemented by a research stay at the University of Manchester in the field of artificial intelligence. My career began in IT sales and SAP consulting, before I took on IT-management responsibility in the automotive industry for over 17 years – first at MAN Truck & Bus, most recently as VP IT, and then as Director IT at Scania in Sweden. My focus areas were SAP ERP and HCM, modern workplace, large tenders and leading international teams.
Since November 2022 I've been Associate Director at grandega. I guide clients through ERP transformations, vendor selection and tender management – and lead a team of six consultants. Several years living abroad – professionally and privately – have sharpened my eye for intercultural collaboration and for what matters most in life.
