It is important to us at grandega that what is written in our Code of Conduct are not just empty words. For this reason, we have launched the whistleblower system, which is intended to enable all people who are in contact with us to anonymously address critical points or things that did not go well.

The grandega compliance information system is a central contact point for information and reports about possible violations and compliance issues with regard to our organization. Anyone can anonymously leave a note here if questions or compliance issues arise.

All employees, but also business partners, suppliers and their employees, affected persons in our value chain and other third parties with a professional context can and are asked to use the grandega compliance notice system.

Yes, all reports are treated confidentially. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected and, of course, no retaliation will be taken.

Once a report is received, it is reviewed by our Value Council, which is responsible for preserving and strengthening our values. Depending on the nature of the violation, appropriate measures will be taken to clarify the matter and initiate remedial action. If it is important to you to receive more information about the consequences of your report, we can only encourage you to submit a non-anonymous tip with your contact information and a request for information. Here too, your data and comments will be treated as strictly confidential.

Yes, if the message has been sent successfully, you will see a confirmation of receipt on our homepage. However, you will not receive a confirmation by email as you are not required to provide this so that we can ensure anonymity.

Yes, you can also report positive examples or suggestions that can help improve compliance.

Your report will of course be treated confidentially. Only the relevant people have access to it. However, you do not have to leave a name and can submit the tip completely anonymously.

Yes – reports are stored securely and maintained in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. This is to ensure that the compliance issue you report remains top of mind and cannot be repeated.

Yes – whistleblowers are protected from retaliation by the Whistleblower Protection Act. In addition to the possibility of submitting tips 100% anonymously, tips are only shared with the relevant people in order to protect the whistleblowers.

If they wish, people can leave their name in one of the free text fields or contact us directly by email at whistleblow@grandega.de. We will be happy to advise and support you – of course, even in this non-anonymous case, your data will be treated confidentially!

Depending on the circumstances, investigations are carried out and appropriate measures are taken. However, this question cannot be answered in general. However, one thing is certain: We take every tip seriously and will do everything we can to avoid such situations in the future.

If a report turns out to be a false report, we will try to find out the origin in order to take appropriate action. However, we appeal to all whistleblowers: be fair and only report what really happened. We take every report seriously and draw appropriate conclusions on the grandega side. We rely on truthful reports!

The notice system is updated regularly to meet changing needs.

You can provide tips anonymously. Identification is not required – if you like to write your name or contact details, you can do that in one of the free text fields.

All reports submitted are taken seriously and examined thoroughly. Our Value Council is responsible for this and also ensures compliance with our values.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to track the status of the report. However, if you are brave enough to provide a non-anonymous tip, you can leave your contact details in one of the free text fields and note that you would be happy to receive regular status updates.

grandega is actively committed to maintaining compliance values ​​and promotes a culture of integrity and responsibility. For this purpose, we have the Value Council as an authority in our company, which ensures compliance. All of our employees are taught our values ​​and beliefs right from the start – there are also regular workshops to consolidate these for everyday working life.

Yes – all of our employees are regularly informed via the notification system so that any kind of compliance violations can be reported and our values ​​can be reinforced.

This is currently not possible. However, you may submit a second report referencing the first report and indicating that you wish to withdraw this report. All messages end up in the same place and can therefore be processed together.
