Transformation Assurance forms the foundation for the success of every IT project and is essential for ensuring long-term quality and value creation. The Think & Inspire area focuses on the fundamental requisites
for a successful transformation: a clear understanding of the
transformation purpose, the strategic goals and the organizational
structure. Transparently defined expectations ensure that everyone
involved pursues the same goal and priority.

Important steps include defining a clear transformation vision,
aligning the strategic transformation goals with the corporate
strategy and adapting the organizational structure to the
transformation goals. In addition, a culture of change and
commitment is established to ensure sustainable implementation.
The active involvement of the management level plays a central
role in order to carry out the transformation from the top and
make it successful.

operational processes and practices in the transformation
project work effectively and that all relevant stakeholders
are actively involved. This includes the establishment of a
uniform process model, the high-quality implementation of
project-specific methods (e.g. testing) and the harmoniza-
tion of processes in close connection with all goals.

In addition to the continuous strengthening of managers,
the integration of the entire stakeholder landscape is also
ensured, from employees to project teams and external
partners. This includes promoting leadership, but also ensuring
clear decision-making and escalation mechanisms as well as
effective and transparent communication between all those
involved. In addition, the continuous exchange of knowledge
and learning is encouraged at all levels in order to advance
the project in a dynamic and adaptable manner.

The Measure & Run area focuses on success monitoring and
long-term management of the transformation to ensure that
the desired business results are achieved sustainably. Here,
clear success criteria and performance indicators are esta-
blished, which serve as the basis for continuous monitoring
and optimization.

Regular reviews and health checks ensure that the transfor-
mation stays on track and that the defined quality standards
are adhered to. Transparent reporting and structured success
monitoring offer everyone involved a clear overview of the
progress and the results achieved. In addition, long-term secu-
rity of the transformation is ensured by establishing an authority
that is responsible for the sustainable use and effectiveness of
the results achieved beyond the project. This guarantees conti-
nuous adaptation and optimization to ensure the long-term
