Sheila brings a strong combination of commercial expertise, sales strength, and continuing education skills. After completing her training as an industrial clerk in an environmental company (2022), she quickly assumed responsibility as a Key Account Manager for a BFS system in the water industry. Her role soon expanded to include the Northeast sales region, where she acted as a permanent contact for customers and prospects.

In 2025, she successfully completed further training as a state-certified business economist with a focus on business informatics. Since then, she has worked as an Account Manager at grandega. Here, she manages existing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and actively supports the further development of sales. Her strengths lie in engaging communication, building long-term partnerships, and an understanding of customer-oriented solutions.
