I'm passionate about actively shaping change processes and creating real added value together with clients. I find it particularly fascinating to bring the perspective of systemic coaching to change management to gain clarity and strengthen the ability to act – because sustainable change begins with a genuine understanding of people and contexts.

What does it mean to you to work at grandega?
I find it particularly valuable to be part of a diverse team where we support and learn from each other. At the same time, I greatly appreciate having the freedom to explore topics that are close to my heart.

Leana began her academic career in 2014 in the field of economics. After completing a bachelor’s degree in management and sales – industry, she completed a master’s degree in business administration. Since 2019, she has been working in management consulting, primarily in the area of agile/digital transformation, both internally and in client projects. Her work focuses on organizational development with a focus on OCM and OKR. Among other things, she led the introduction of OKR at grandega and subsequently served as an OKR coach, co-responsible for its implementation and further development.
Thanks to her structured approach, strong organizational skills, and pragmatic mindset, she consistently delivers reliable results. Furthermore, her high level of empathy allows her to empathize with different people, thereby contributing, among other things, to a positive atmosphere within the team.
