Sarah has been working for grandega since 2021 and lives in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. She has extensive experience in change management, particularly in digitalization and software implementation projects. Drawing on her project management expertise, she supports companies in developing and implementing change strategies and successfully managing complex transformation projects.
Through her training and continuing education in the tourism sector, Sarah brings a high degree of empathy, strong communication skills, and flexibility. Her expertise has already enabled her to contribute to the sustainable transformation of numerous organizations by providing holistic and needs-based support to employees and managers in complex change processes.
