As a Key Account Manager, I find it very exciting to always be faced with the challenge of addressing each customer individually, despite similar topics. It requires constantly finding new strategies and ways to gain customer trust and understand their needs. Each customer presents a new challenge and requires tailored strategies.

Adnan discovered his passion for sales early on – while working as a student employee at Ratbacher, he gained his first practical experience in customer communications and recruiting. He then further developed his profile at Red Global as a Sales Consultant in the IT contract business. There, he supported companies in recruiting suitable IT specialists for specific projects and established himself as a reliable contact in the contract environment.
Today, he works as a Key Account Manager at grandega. In this role, he passionately dedicates himself to maintaining existing customer relationships, targeted acquisition, and the strategic development of partnerships. His work is characterized by commitment, analytical thinking, and a keen sense for sales potential.
