grandega’s history started 5 years before the actual founding of the company – It started as an informal exchange between consultants.

grandega was founded by Stefanie Biberger and Dominik Equit.
In the course of the company creation, the model of "what one wants to give, the other can need" became a business model that we call "management consulting“.
