YOUR TASKS.

  • Reliable and effective, you will manage a team of approx. 5 to 7 people and will be responsible for the optimal utilization of our capacity with regard to the cost-effective and high-quality provision of our consulting services to our customers.
  • You are responsible for the customer satisfaction as well as for the conception, the structure and the advancement of your team as well as the area-relevant controlling and reporting measures.
  • You are proactively involved in improving processes.
  • Proximity to the customer is extremely important, therefore travel within the DACH region is part of your job


  YOUR PROFILE. 

  • You have a successful degree (for example in economics or information technology) in your pocket. Alternatively: an above-average degree in information technology or business administration (e.g. IT specialist, information technology clerk, personnel planner).
  • You are a personality who convinces in leadership and organization.
  • You can already look back on experience in disciplinary personnel responsibility.
  • In addition to your willingness to travel, you distinguish yourself through your business fluency in spoken and written English and your pronounced customer orientation.
  • You can work independently and absolutely reliably (even in difficult situations).

YOUR TASKS.

  • You take responsibility and are a valuable team member on site from day one, designing and planning processes in an environment ranging from project management and project controlling to conflict and change management.
  • You support the setup, establishment and operation of a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • You are involved in the creation and implementation of customer-specific project management standards.
  • You exchange ideas with internal and external project managers and project members, coordinate the joint approach, organize meetings and ensure smooth meetings.
  • You create presentation documents in German and English (e.g. for top management).
  • You take care of the preparation of all relevant data and documents (e.g. project plan, project manual, status report, analyses) up to the project completion report.
  • You have an overview of all appointments, contacts and correspondence, as well as resources and costs.
  • You are proactively involved in improving processes.
  • Proximity to the customer is extremely important, therefore travel within the DACH region is part of your job


  YOUR PROFILE. 

  • You have a successful degree (ideally with a banking or insurance background) in your pocket. Alternatively: an above-average education in the financial sector (e.g. bank clerk or insurance clerk).
  • You have at least 2 years of project experience in business analysis or business design and/or project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • You know MS-Office and MS-Project very well and are fluent in the English language (written and oral).
  • You can work independently and absolutely reliably (even in difficult situations).

  • The goal of your consulting is to increase the effectiveness of interdisciplinary development and to bring new products to market faster.
  • You are proactively involved in improving processes.
  • Proximity to the customer is extremely important, therefore travel within the DACH region is part of your job


YOUR PROFILE. 

  • You have a successful degree (for example in economics or information technology) in your pocket. Alternatively: an above-average degree in information technology or business administration (e.g. IT specialist, information technology clerk, personnel planner).
  • You already have theoretical knowledge in (agile) project management and first experiences from relevant internships or even have a project management certification.
  • You know MS-Office and MS-Project very well and are fluent in the English language (written and oral).
  • You can work independently and absolutely reliably (even in difficult situations).
