Initial situation:
Shaping the future: with precise Change Management and simultaneous Process Optimization for sustainable business transformation for maximum efficiency and sustained innovation SAP S/4 HANA is being implemented due to the discontinuation of R3. This goes hand in hand with comprehensive process optimization. The first attempt to establish effective Change Management failed. This is why the client is now working with us on an optimally tailored and improved strategy to better prepare and involve employees in the changes.
This is how we proceeded:
- Establishment of organizational Change Management at program and project level
- Focus on three core areas:
1. Identification of the change impacts including a heat map
2. Planning and implementation of the communication strategy incl. development of an intranet
3. Planning and implementation of the training concept incl. TTT concept
