I am passionate about the variety of flavors of rum - and for the displeasure of my private environment, I can talk about it for a very long time. I also like improving systems and tools.

Vita.
As a management and technology consultant, Dominik provides support in the area of conflict between business and IT with the aim of sustainably maximizing the performance of the companies he advises.
His profession is the efficient management of transformations. The focus of his work is on:
- Business analyses and concepts in the project management excellence environment
- Management and coordination of business change / transformation projects
- Project control/management incl. multi-project management
- Establishment and management of project management offices (PMO), as well as project management professionalization
In parallel, Dominik acted as founder, with the operational focus: “strategy and organization” of a tutoring institute (~50 employees) which was successfully sold in 2013.
In 2012 Dominik stopped his entrepreneurial activities and moved to a renowned management consultancy as a business consultant and team leader with a consulting focus on change and project management. In 2014, his consulting activities were supplemented by a position as “Assistant to Chairman Western Europe”.
In 2015, Dominik took over responsibility for setting up the Project Excellence business unit for a subsidiary within a Group.
In 2016, Dominik founded grandega as a management and technology consultancy and has since acted as Managing Partner.
